The DOP Fontina distinguish herself among other mountain cheeses for his soft and elastic consistency, the paste is melting, strongly fragrant. The round and levelled cheese shape weights approximately 8-9 kgs. The cheese rind, which is naturally produced in our warehouses, is thin and unctuous and has to be obviously removed when tasted. We suggest to taste our DOP Fontina as a delicious cheese and also as noble ingredient in the cuisine.
