Ardevol Anjoli

From the rugged and arid Priorat region, just south of Barcelona. Rich, ripe and red “Anjoli” is named for the daughter of one of the partners in the Ardevol estate. The wine is a blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache grown via organic agriculture while observing biodynamic practices. Fermented in open vat, then aged 12 months in seasoned Alliers oak. Bright ruby color, deep berry and smoke notes highlight the sensory experience. Fresh and juicy with gentle granular tannins and an amazingly long finish!  Pair with meat braises, southwestern fare, or charcoal barbecue for maximum gustatory pleasure.
