Bodegas Borsao Garnacha

Borsao's philosophy focuses on preserving the authenticity of the fruit, using winemaking processes that respect it as much as possible, such as fermentation at controlled temperatures or the moderate use of wood to enhance the character of the grape without masking it.

"The wine has a deep ruby color with cherry red and violet hues. The nose has ripe fruit with floral tones, including wild cherries, mushrooms, aniseed, and cinnamon. The wine has notes of kirsch liqueur and darker currants with a big, sweet kiss of licorice. It is medium-bodied, refreshing, exuberant, fruity, and spicy with a complex and long aftertaste."
