Intense golden yellow, with hints of green and gold. Nose is very intense, hot shingles, toffee, very ripe, fruity lemon with floral overtones of acacia and hawthorn. Well-rounded start, full bodied, very complex with overtones of ripe fruits, spices and roasting. Very long in the mouth, with a fresh final note. According to the vintage, the wine can be kept from 30 to 60 years, indeed from 50 to 75 years. Pair with Foie gras, crayfish, lobster, fish, poultry in sauces, white meats, goat's cheese, blue cheese, spicy dishes and curry.

Offers a rich, toothy feel, with a paraffin and brioche frame to the intense layers of creamed pear, apricot and dried peach. Lovely acacia blossom and green almond notes flitter in the background, while a warm piecrust edge holds sway on the finish. Gorgeous range. Best from 2014 through 2030.

Light, bright gold. An exotically perfumed, heady bouquet evokes peach nectar, honey, candied ginger and licorice, with a bright mineral topnote. Deeply pitched orchard fruit flavors are complicated by notes of chamomile and fennel, picking up a vanilla nuance on the back half. Completely stains the palate and shows superb energy and focus on the long, incisive, floral-accented finish.
