A biodynamic blend of Zweigelt and St Laurent from Burgenland in South East Austria.Handpicked, fermentation occurs spontaneously, triggered only by the grapes’ native yeasts, in stainless steel tanks.

This wine is dark ruby in colour with a medium, silky smooth body and a hint of minerality. The soft and dark juicy fruit flavors are well balanced by the subtle earthy and spicy notes making an altogther very characterful and very drinkable wine. Enjoy with herbed chicken or rib eye steaks hot off the grill. Fresh, fruity and organic, a great summer party red!
