Areni, called the Pinot Noir of Armenia produces dry, diverse expressions including medium-bodied bottles with excellent acidity, notes or cherries and red fruits. They are well layered and beautifully suited to aging.
This is a captivating, intense yet elegant red wine with deep cherry color, clearly defined tears and a ruby edge. The nose is chock full of fresh fruit combined
with accents of spicy blueberry jam, rosemary and wild thyme. Thanks to
the aging in old oak barrels, the texture is balanced, while the grape tannins lay a velvet blanket over the mouthfeel. Its long, refined aftertaste
is accentuated by berries and dried herbs. A delicious glass to enjoy on its own, it's also a great pairing with artisan cheeses, classic turkey, braised meat dishes & roasted vegetables.A wonderful additionto your holiday table!
