Biohof Pratsch Grüner Veltliner

This wine is made from organically farmed grapes, which contributes to its pure, clean profile and reflects the terroir of Austria’s Weinviertel region. It has a pale straw yellow with a slight greenish hue. On the nose it is bright and fresh with notes of green apple, white pepper, lime zest, and a hint of herbs. The palate is light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and flavors of lemon, lime, green apple, pear, and subtle stone fruit that lead to a dry finish with minerality and a touch of salinity. Serve with Wiener schnitzel, grilled bratwurst, shrimp, white fish, roast chicken, sushi and sashimi. Delightful!
