Domaine Zind Humbrecht has remained one of the world’s top wine producers because of a knack of acquiring some of the best sites in Alsace and a non-interventionist style of winemaking – favouring gentle pressing, long lees contact and fermentation but little else, believing
the wines should speak for themselves.
A DRY white wine produced from several sites near the winery in Turckheim. Biodynamic in both vineyard and winery. This wine exhibits a pale gold/green color. The nose is already very expressive and displays beautiful aromatics (citrus, fresh fruits, verbena) but conveys also a sense of serious structure and ageability. This is a very dry wine
showing a ripe saline acidity and quite a zesty finish that balances
the relative power of this wine. A fantastic Riesling!
